In the utterly worst, of so many bad, experiences with iTelescopes, T20 hung up and they still haven't fixed it. I was able to get on T14 for 10 minutes. I had considered going to my big scope and seeing it visually, but since I have absolutely no confidence in itelescopes anymore, I chose to stay home so I would have sure internet for what would surely occur.

I tried visually with my ETX-125 (it was much too faint) and went in to check the progress of the imaging runs I'd set up weeks ago, and boom. So what could've have been a once in a lifetime experience was just another night reading how i-T checks their scopes twice a day blah blah blah.
