Great work Brad!

Your measurements show that my earlier photographic measurements were
off by 5 seconds, possibly related to the timestamping inside the
camera itself.

Using your measurements and mine from April 11 yields this circular orbit:

OTV 5
1 42932U 17052A 18104.44138281 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 02
2 42932 54.4688 129.4560 0001000 0.0000 124.8956 15.71173470 06
# 20180411.13-20180414.44, 12 measurements, 0.066 deg rms

Hopefully the weather improves for all of us.
