...And some programs behave in mysterious ways if the same
"NORAD"/USSPACECOM number is used for different objects in the same run, so
it helps to differentiate them.

For some functions in HeavenSat I need a COSPAR to retreive the coordinates
from the STATIONS.IN file, so I invented 9789 temporarily.
