Oh Oh, that's sure, not a good sign.

It was fine, the other day, when I observed it.

So I wonder, what went wrong.

 and Ed Cannon
 saw the same pass from San Antonio.
 
 OTV 4 tumbled from about magnitude zero
 to about magnitude 5
 with a period of about 12 seconds or

 We observed at least 3 cycles.
