Thanks to Mike for pointing out that IGS 6 r is a very good match, though
32 minutes early on ~222 days old TLE.
No shadow on SATFIT - I neglected to increase to time error limit further
than to 20 minutes.
My elset (attached) created by manually adjusting BStar fits very well.

For Arto : tonight it gives a pass 23:46 UTC at pi Herculii, culminating at
75 degrees E.
