I propagated the epoch 14245.97789957 using int2 to obtain the solar gravity perturbed inclination. In fitting to your
obs, I allowed the differential correction to vary RAAN, M and n0. Rate of decay is a guess. Using Satevo to force the
epoch 14245.97789957 to the same mean motion as above, results in nearly the same RAAN, < 0.3 deg difference.

Mean motion should be considered rough.
