5919 obs Re: IGS rocket

Very good, Russell and Jon !

Despite a lot of moonlit clouds I tried to image them, and because of it I
took a lot of pictures.
In only one of them did I find a track in a small gap, and it matches Jon's
orbit well.
I'll try to attach 1/3 of the image, upper right corner, in reduced quality.
