Greg Roberts has reported the first visual observations of DMSP F19: http://satobs.org/seesat/Apr-2014/0012.html I believe that USSTRATCOM has catalogued it as 14015A / 39630. I began my analysis with the TLE that I estimated pre-launch, which is available here: http://satobs.org/seesat/Apr-2014/0004.html Lift-off was delayed 30 s to 2014 Apr 03 14:46:30 UTC. I adjusted the TLE for the delay in launch time, propagated it to nearly the time of Greg's final point, and then adjusted only RAAN and mean anomaly: DMSP F19 836 X 851 km 1 39630U 14015A 14093.72916667 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06 2 39630 98.8700 109.2120 0009822 290.7123 47.8276 14.13825356 07 Arc 20140403.72-0403.73 WRMS resid 0.024 totl 0.013 xtrk Predictions 24 h after epoch should be accurate to within 10 s or so.
