    Hi Ron,

I observed it (2013-015-A) last night at 20h04.1m UT in BOO constellation at mag 3-3.5 and I took a series of pictures.

I also observed it from UMi to Boo using binoculars. I can confirm the characteristic orange color.

    Regards

Used Heavensat with a 13114.8131 elset, 39130/13015 A was seen entering
Draco essentially on time and on track.

Rough magnitude estimate 4. There may have been a slight orange tinge to
it. Also may have been a variation in magnitude but it entered shadow
soon after I saw it so that is questionable.
