    Quick report of two photographic points to facilitate the orbital analysts.
    
    It was 107.25 seconds early on Mike's 3-day old orbit, so definitely a manoeuvre.
    
    I also have video imagery (of FIA Radar 2, plus video and photo on other sats, 
    e.g. USA 129 and IGS 1B) but still have to reduce those. The video suffered from 
    repeated loss of GPS time signal (too many buildings surrounding me...).
