I appreciate the radio comments, but I wish to clarify that I am seeking radio frequencies mainly to facilitate detection and tracking of whatever may reach orbit, which could be helpful to the several visual observers on the list who also track satellites by radio (Doppler shift analysis). Let's keep any radio discussion narrowly focused on that, and take any broader issues to specialty forums, e.g. HearSat-L.
