Launch due today at 13:05 UTC. The following search set should be OK up
to rev 4 but allow a little leeway:

    Progress M-10M
    1 99999E 11117.53750000 .00000000 00000 0 00000 0 0 07
    2 99999 051.6200 061.3800 0033000 078.3500 282.3500 16.21000000 08

Visibility from western Europe on rev 5 around 20:40 - 20:45 UTC when it
will be several seconds late against the above. It will be preceded by
the final launch vehicle stage up to two minutes ahead at this point.

Spacetrack should have issued an element set by the time it starts to
    produce US/Canada passes.

It will appear on the TsUP ISS tracking web page about 13:10 UTC,
    assuming a successful launch: http://www.mcc.rsa.ru/trassa.htm
