I was just able to see the new noss, as they passed by the star Alp Mon located at

    7 h 41 m R.A
    -9 deg 33 min

I would say the leader passed 6 seconds late, compared to ted's tle posted at

Funny thing, is a few minutes before that, the ISS passed by the same star.
I hadn't even checked to see on ISS passes, so a fluke.
