Based on the results of the negative observation reports to-date, I suspect that my original search elements may be late
in epoch by up to 7 or 8 minutes. I cannot rule out that Mike observed it, but since no one saw it last night in the
estimated orbit, there is reasonable doubt.

I offer the following revised search elements, which are earlier in epoch, and bracket the range of initial mean motion
of the first three NOSS 3 launches.

    1 79935U 11105.22803870 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 04
    2 79935 63.4167 349.0000 0132437 179.7298 180.3820 13.42000000 03

    1 79936U 11105.22803871 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06
    2 79936 63.4167 349.0000 0132437 179.7298 180.3820 13.39700000 07

The plane could be off by at least a couple of degrees.
