IGS 5r flaring to mag 0

    Hi all,
    
    Just watched and photographed a pass of the IGS 5r, and to my surprise was 
    treated to a slow mag. 0 flare while it was traversing the tip of the Big 
    Dipper's tail.
    
    Flare was caught on photograph.
