    Hi all,

Just a note that the mailfunctioned Japanese classified satellite IGS 1B
(03-009B) has entered the last year of its existence.

Based on the current orbit (epoch 11099.84683862) by Mike, and using Alan
Pickup's SatEvo software, decay is predicted for early April 2012, i.e. in about
    a year from now.

    - Marco
