Just observed visually USA-186 in todays 60 degrees pass. (21:03 UTC). Mag:
5.1 with 7x50 bino. I also saw the flare in the NW.
Interesting was the brightness behaviour. First stable brightness, then
getting fainter at around culm for quite a while in WSW, then quickly
    getting back
to earlier brightness level, then the short flare, and then brightness
    stabilized back.

The brighter parts in the pass could be sufficient for my imaging system, so
maybe a try in one of future passes.
    First process the USA-129 images...

    Best wishes,
    Ralf

The other KH-12, USA 186, flared brightly as well at 20:44 UTC
