    Monday morning (4-20), Sea Launch is scheduled to launch SICRAL 1B 
    satellite for Telespazio, on a Zenit-3SL rocket from the Odyssey Launch 
    Platform positioned on the equator in the Pacific Ocean.
    
    Launch window opens at 4:16 a.m. EDT.
    
    Spacecraft separation around 1 hour 48 minutes after lift off over 
    central Africa.
    
    
    SICRAL 1B, built by Thales Alenia Space, is a Italsat 3000 spacecraft 
    includes one EHF/Ka band, three UHF-band and five active SHF-band 
    transponders.
    SICRAL 1B final position will be at 11.8 degrees East Longitude.

    Test signals start at 3:30 a.m. EDT.
