    I believe that the manoeuvre to nearly synchronize the mean motion with the
    Earth's rotation occurred on 2009 Mar 29, near 18:45 UTC, at a descending node.
    This was less than one hour prior to Peter Wakelin's observations of that night.
    The object's longitude is near 49.5 E, which is its apparent final destination.
