I don't think I've seen this mentioned here yet. According to the flight timeline and ground track map on http://www.spaceflightnow.com/atlas/av016/status.html it seems to me that some of the high launch events, especially venting of excess fuel, if any, of the Wideband Global SatCom might be observable from Africa and maybe southern Europe (and possibly Brazil). The launch window is 8:31 to 9:33 p.m. Friday, April 3 EDT (0:31 to 1:33 Saturday, April 4 UTC).
