It appears that the Fregat/Giove-B vehicle is up and away, and at the
moment the controllers are waiting to confirm that the "nose" has
separated. Telemetry seems to be infrequent at this point.

My guess is that the NORAD catalog number will be 32781 for this system
of objects.
