On April 23 I made two series of exposures on 08-10A, USA 200 beginning at about 2044 and 2247 UTC. On the second series there was another object travelling alongside USA 200 and moving slightly faster. I cannot find a match for this object which was slowly varying in brightness with a period of ~30s and outshining USA 200 at times. I cannot find it on the earlier series of exposures. Could it be USA 200 rocket? Unfortunately I got only about 11 minutes of observations before cloud ended the session.
