observations of unid flashing sat, can some try to generate a tle

I was able to use obsreduce, to measure positions. After I used 3 stars instead of 2 refrence
stars in it, was I able to get the correct R.A and Dec values

Still no match to any satellite, must be a peice of uncataloged debris.
