anyone know what's up with galaxy 17

    Galaxy 17 ( 31703 ) was to be placed at 91 degrees west, according to Intelsat.
    
    Yet it still hasn't been parked there. It's drifting across the sky, and was steady when I
    observed it the other day.
    
    What the heck, are they doing with it, anyone know.
