08-10A, USA 200 observed over 6.4 hours. No brightness variations detected. I suspected the rotation had stopped when last observed on 5th but trail lengths near apogee were too short to be certain. Another object, initially thought to be USA 200's rocket was later identified as 88-17D, a Russian rocket. 9900000 is the unknown object I observed also on March 31. 06-27A, USA 184, is bright enough to be visible at just 16 degrees elevation due north at its Pacific apogee.
