David Brierley reported a couple of post-manoeuvre 07005B obs made on Apr 19
UTC, which I had to delay analyzing. Adding them to Russell Eberst's point of
Apr 16, yields the following elements, which indicate that the magnitude of the
manoeuvre was far less than I had guessed:

IGS-OVS

2 30587  97.2818 229.5228 0001699  82.6030 277.5402 15.26034556    08
Arc 2007 Apr 16.99 - 19.02, WRMS residuals = 0.035 deg
