    David Brierley and Russell Eberst reported 82041C more than 1 deg off track.
    Except for a single point in March, it has not been tracked since last Nov.
    According to the int2 and int3 programs, solar gravity has caused the
    inclination to increase in the interim. Here is a rough estimate of the current
    elements, fit to David's and Russell's obs:
