Radio observations show that the orbit was adjusted on April 10 after 18 days. There seems to have been a minor adjustment two days before. It put the Mean Motion back to the level normally seen after a major correction, but it occurred about 60 percent of the way through a cycle and was proportionately smaller in magnitude than a major correction. Latest plot is here: http://www.zarya.info/Results/Daily_switch.htm The newest calculated values for Mean Motion are provisional.
