Error on Last BY PPAS report

Last PPAS report included:
97- 34 A 07-04-08 21:40:00   BY                       S mag 5.5
Should be:
97- 34 A 07-04-08  1:40:00   BY                       S mag 5.5

If I had seen Iridium 15 satellite at 4:40 p.m. local time at 5th magnitude
that would have been an exceptional event! I also see that it is not part of
the current PPAS program, so I will drop it from my plans.
