I went to check on Lacrosse 3 ( 25017 ) to see how much error, there be in it's pass.

At 9:18:26 UTC it formed a line with Vega and R Lyr. It passed to the right of R Lyr.

So it arrived roughly 24 seconds early, compared to what was predicted by guide 8, using the following orbit, in mike's classfd tle file.
