    05-042A (USA 186) slowly flared to mag. 0 at 20:22:30 UTC, roughly in the same 
    sky part where its colleague USA 129 flared yesterday.
    
    I have 05-042A 0.9s late and on-track, 96-072A <0.1s "late" but notably 
    off-track (0.08 deg), and 91-017A on-track and <0.1s "early".
    
    Clouds coming in around midnight prevented me from observing a second low pass 
    of 05-042A.
