Bob: If you look at this page (in Russian) at the TsUP web site: http://www.mcc.rsa.ru/tma10/start.htm you can see that there will be 2 large early burns, one during orbit 3 and one during orbit 4. Both will generate more than 20 meters per second in Delta-V, but I cannot say the impact on arrival time of Soyuz TMA-10 for anyone using the TLEs.
