Saw the UNID flasher mentioned by Kevin Fetter this weekend, using Mike
McCants' search tle:

With flashes visible in my 12 x 60 binocs at:
6:18:13 UT
6:19:28
6:22:01
6:24:33
6:27:05

I didn't try to get a flash period because I assume I will not see them all
in binoculars. These flashes were all 7.5-8 mag range.
