fast flasher - peice of DMSP debris

    Tonight while waiting for Cosmos 1954 to pass by, a fast flashing sat came by.
    After getting it on video, I went to id it.
    It's a peice of debris, from a DSMP satellite
    DMSP 5D-2 F12 DEB = 23250 1994-057D 
    Video of it, in XVD format. 
    This is because someone on this list, has dial up. So it takes him awhile to download my video.
    Instead of it being 10 MB in size, it's only 1 MB.
