fast flasher - peice of DMSP debris

    Tonight while waiting for Cosmos 1954 to pass by, a fast flashing sat came by.
    
    After getting it on video, I went to id it.
    
    It's a peice of debris, from a DSMP satellite
    
    DMSP 5D-2 F12 DEB = 23250 1994-057D
