If you are interested in technical details and don't mind downloading some 6.8MB you can go to Arianespace http://www.arianespace.com/site/documents/Soyuz_Users_Manual_CSG.pdf This is a (preliminary) users manual for Soyuz launches from the Kourou launch site and is aimed at satellite operators who want to launch a payload with a Soyuz from there. But there is also a lot of general information about the Soyuz rocket and the Guyana Space Center to be of interest to the space community at large (and it's in English which comes in handy if your command of Russian is limited!). SeeSat-L members who want to figure out some launch trajectories might find a few useful hints there.
