USA 129 flare

Saw USA 129 make a nice very short flare of mag. 0 at 21:17:32 UTC. For the rest 
of that pass (21:17:00 and onward) it was too faint to be captured by the 
camera. The same for a USA 186 pass earlier this evening.

I did capture IGS 1B with the camera, good bright trail disappearing behind the 
roof. Will report on point later, after reduction. Visually bright, about mag +1.5.
