    I stumpled across Telstar 303 (15826, 85048D) a cylindrical, spin
stabilized communications satellite cylinder on Monday evening
(01:35 UTC, 12 April 2005). It seem that the spin rate has increased
from the listed 50 rpm to 57 rpm.

    Observed with a 10 inch (250mm) dob and a PC164C camera.
