XSS-11 Inclination / Rendezvous Target known?

    Does anyone know the suspected rendezvous target / orbital inclination for
the Minotaur XSS-11 launch currently scheduled for tomorrow morning from
Vandenberg AFB from pad SLC-8?  Launch window on April 11 extends from
6:34am PDT to 7:00am (13:34 to 14:00 UT).
