    I found USA 129 14 s late on the 05089.81 elset, 2 s early on 05092.05
    The two "identical" obs have their accuracy estimated by ObsReduce -
    the first one is -0.11 (outside the closest star), the second is
    1.11 (from the most distant of the pair) - I think their accuracy should be
    the same.
