I checked my OBSreduce.OUT log file and verified I haven't used the C star facility yet. Long ago I suggested that the 'Reduce' button should display the computed position on the map. Though I don't expect any more programming errors affecting the output, such a feature could prevent many human errors, which was the original intent with my suggestion.. I have found several times (did I find all?) that I first selected the wrong 'Right Angle -' option, or entered 'Frac AS/AB' as 0.1 (or -0.1) for a point outside a A-B pair, where -0.1 (or 1.1) would have been appropriate (or even 0.4 where 0.6 was intended inside a pair, mistaking A and B). /Björn ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
