    May I translate:

On the may 3rd, a special phenomenon was observable in the constellation Perseus.
The object had an apparent diameter of 0.25 degrees. As it turned out later, it was
related to the transfer of Titan IV Centaur rocket (launched on may 3rd 1994
15:55 UT from Cape Canaveral) from the 12h to the 24h orbit. The goal of the
mission was to release a classified US spy satellite.
