I have discovered and corrected a serious program coding error in ObsReduce versions 1.1 and 1.2, which causes erroneous position reductions of appulses, whenever three reference stars are used. The error results in the miss-distance being computed as a fraction of the separation between stars A and B, instead of stars B and C. This affected every single three-star appulse reduction. ObsReduce 1.2.4 corrects this error. Users who have installed a previous version, need only download the new exe file and copy it over the previous version, in the folder/directory where it is installed. The exe is located here: http://www.satobs.org/programs/ObsReduce/ObsReduce124exe.zip Alternatively, you may download ObsReduce.zip, which contains all except ObsReduce's star files, and run the enclosed setup program: http://www.satobs.org/programs/ObsReduce/ObsReduce.zip I apologize for making this error.
