    	Had a flare on the same pass.  It was an 84 deg pass for me.  I
    followed it in binoculars from soon after zenith (+4 ish with an orange tint,
    as others have noted).  After it very nearly occulted Polaris I was about to
    give up when it started brightening.  Max was in the +0/-1 range.  Time was
    approximately 03:06:30 UTC, give or take 10 seconds.
