    I have done the calculation again, with improved initial conditions
    generated from the 20 last TLEs made public by OIG. The BSTAR value for
    atmospheric drag has increased slightly, so the predicted decay would be at
    2005 Sept. 17, 00h UT, compared to 2005 Oct. 20, 12h UT given earlier.
