    Dear SeeSat-D,

    On 15 April 2004 at 04:47:55, GPS 2-16 Rocket1 passed over my
home in Bangkok, Thailand. Heading east toward the rising sun, I
saw a notably long and bright flare. The magnitude was
approximately -5, and it lasted for around 20 seconds. Much more
    impressive than most Iridium flares.

The following site has a detailed illustration of the components of a
Delta 2 rocket. I wonder which part of the Delta 2 is GPS 2-16
    Rocket1,
as GPS 2-16 Rocket2 decayed years ago.

Keep looking up. Thank you, Scott Davies
