    This is a "post mortem" analysis only. Since a couple of weeks SCC released now 
    ELSET'S only one per day for short living decayers (e.g. Russian R/B) a f t e r 
    the reentry. Forecasters outside the military surveillance community had no
    possibilities to issue for these objects actual predictions. 
    
    2004-005C (#28165) Molniya RB 1
    SCC'S FINAL REPORT -prepared April 11, 02:07 UTC - showed the decay on;
    10 April, 20:54 UTC +/-07 minutes (38.0°S, 188.0°E) 
    ascending over the Pacific Ocean.
    
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 04098.743...- 04101.817... (including the
    current SFX and ap values) and a special differential correction program the
    decay on:
    10 April, 20:54.7 UTC +/- 05 minutes (36.63°S, 188.52°E)
    also northound over the Pacific.
