Despite clouds and high haze i managed to see IGS 1B #27699 03009B pass by
Megrez in Ursa Major at 06:00:53 +/- 2 sec 27 Apr UTC. Mag 1.5 in haze. It
was too hazy to see the ref star but it passed between Phecda and Alioth,
right where Megrez should be. It was approx 12 sec early by the below elset:

    IGS 1B 0.0 0.0 0.0 3.1 v
    1 27699U 03009B 03115.86408980 .00010000 00000-0 39600-3 0 03

At 06:38:10 IGS 1A #27698 03009A was to pass approx 1 deg below Jupiter and
even though the conditions had improved a bit, i did not see anything either
at 1x or with my 10x50s. I checked several minutes before and after the
    predicted time using these elsets:

    IGS 1A 0.0 0.0 0.0 5.6 v
