I observed flashes by 03-009E #27702 from our balcony in town, 2003-04-22 20:24:43.9 down through a fortunate gap between houses and trees on the other side of the street 20:29:56.7 (UTC) The last flash was at 4.15 degrees elevation according to the recent elset below, and the angular velocity the final minute 0.085 deg/s. The flashes were sharp, -2 (?) down to +1 at the end, preceded and followed by a marked level at about +1 at high elevation. In the NW I saw some half-period flashes at about +3 SYNODIC analysis shows that the period near culmination was 9.94 +-0.04; 10.17 +- 0.015 during the last 15 cycles. The three secondary flashes appeared to be exactly mid-time.
