Some geo sat's are placed into inclined orbits. For others the pull of the sun moon earth will cause the inclination of them to change over time, after they run out of fuel to keep it's orbit somewhat stable. Mike mccants wrote a program to intergrate geo sat orbits over time, so you can see what happens to there orbits over time. It is pretty good, but not perfect, but nothing is.
