Iridium 42 observation

    I am a novice at observation but:
    
    At 22.56.20 april 18th UTC I observed Iridium 42 passing through Ursa 
    Major. Using the kepele.tle data, it was predicted to pass right below 
    Merak or beta Ursa Majoris. However it passed right above it, a degree or 
    so further towards zenith, but it did appear at the predicted time. Is 
    the TLE data flawed or did I see something else?
